PAUZA opened in La Cala de Mijas in March 2025 with a clear vision: to bring the authentic Argentine asado to the Costa del Sol — with a twist. Chef Lucas Villaverde, trained in Nordic kitchens but Argentine at heart, created a menu where fire is the protagonist and the product is the star.
